What is Bucket Smash?

Bucket Smash gives you a circular saw, a wall made from hundreds of small bricks, and a fuel tank that always seems a little too small. Drag the blade into the wall and loose pieces tumble into the collector below, where they become coins.

The fuel gauge keeps every attempt short. Cutting through a thick patch pays well; dragging across a gap burns fuel for nothing. When the tank empties, you take the coins back to the upgrade screen and choose more reach, power, blade size, or fuel for the next run.

Later walls have new shapes and brick patterns. Some are easiest to shave down from the side. Others have a thin support near the bottom that can bring half the picture down when it breaks. Finding that weak spot saves far more fuel than tracing the whole outline with the saw.

How to play Bucket Smash

  1. Press Play and wait for the game frame to finish loading.
  2. Hold the left mouse button or touch the screen, then drag the circular saw into the brick wall.
  3. Cut through connected groups and let the loose pieces fall toward the collector.
  4. Watch the fuel gauge and avoid spending a long movement on empty space.
  5. Keep cutting until the wall is gone or the machine runs out of fuel.
  6. Use the coins from collected bricks to improve the machine.
  7. Start another attempt and use the upgrade to reach or clear more of the structure.

Everything runs through dragging and the buttons inside the game frame; the keyboard is unused. For the first cut, aim low and stay inside a dense patch. Once the loose bricks stop falling, the next useful route is easier to see.

Bucket Smash tips

Cut supports before isolated bricks

Before touching the wall, look at what is holding up the widest section. A cut through one narrow support may drop several rows at once. Picking off the outside bricks first usually costs more fuel for less debris.

Keep the blade working inside the wall

Move the pointer near the next dense patch before you press down. Once the saw is active, keep its path inside the bricks. Long loops through open space drain the tank without putting anything in the collector.

Let gravity finish the move

After opening a gap, release the mouse and watch the wall settle. Pieces that look stuck often tumble a moment later. If you keep pushing the saw through them, you spend fuel on bricks that gravity was about to remove for free.

Upgrade the limit you can see

Watch how the run ends before opening the upgrade menu. Buy fuel if the tank empties while plenty of reachable bricks remain. Length helps when the last pieces sit too high or deep, while power and size make each pass do more work. There is little reason to divide the money evenly when one limitation is obvious.

Treat early attempts as earning runs

The starter machine may run dry well before a new structure is clear. Use those early attempts to strip out the thick, reachable parts. The coins buy the upgrade that lets you return for the awkward sections.

Clean up the awkward pieces last

A few bricks at the top or far edge can swallow most of an early fuel tank. Leave them alone while the center still has easy money in it. Better reach and a larger tank make the cleanup much less wasteful later.

Why players like Bucket Smash

The controls make sense as soon as the blade touches the first wall. The satisfying part comes a few seconds later, when a small cut takes away the support and a much larger slab drops into the collector. The physics can save fuel, so watching the collapse is part of playing well.

Even a short run pays toward the next improvement. A little more length may finally reach the top row, while another power level can turn a slow patch into one clean sweep. Then the next wall arrives with a different shape and sends you back to looking for its weakest point.
